Resident Advisors
Summary: Resident Advisors (RAs) are key members of the program
team participating in the care, behavioral intervention and support of
group home youth. RAs share responsibility for all aspects of client
supervision and daily programming, as well as implementing program goals
and behavioral interventions as set by the Program Director. RAs also
provide documentation to support program participation and work in
collaboration with program personnel, community resources and families to
provide opportunities for the development of all clientele.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 6-12 months experience
with at-risk youth, or AA and equivalent experience.

Shift Supervisors
Summary: Shift Supervisors act as key members of the program
team participating in the care, behavioral intervention and support of
at-risk youth. Shift Supervisors directly supervise resident advisors
and ensure that the shift operates smoothly and efficiently. This
position also shares responsibility for client supervision and daily
programming, and works in collaboration with the Department of Children
& Families (DCF), community providers and families.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years
experience working with youth with significant behavioral health issues.

Group Home Program Managers/Directors
Summary: Program
Managers/Directors are responsible for the coordination, implementation and
operation of the program. Program Managers/Directors provide
leadership for program staff, and establish, monitor, and evaluate
performance expectations. They ensure the program operates under
established policy within fiscal guidelines, as well as participating in
the development of all program services. They serve as program
liaison to funders, families and community providers.
Requirements: Masters
Degree in Social Work or the equivalent (Licensed Clinicians preferred) and
minimum four to five years experience in direct services to disturbed
children/adolescents, including two years of administrative management and
supervisory experience.

Clinicians
Summary: Clinicians provide counseling and case management
services to clients and their families. Clinicians assist clients in
identifying problems and developing the skills needed for personal and
family development in an effort to reintegrate into the community.
Requirements: Licensed Clinician
with a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family
Therapy, or a Clinical PhD in Psychology, with minimum three years
experience providing counseling to at-risk youth and their families.
