Youth Continuum is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and a United Way Member Agency, accredited by the Council on Accreditation ensuring credibility, integrity, and achievement. We serve to protect and promote the well-being of at-risk youth and provide them with the skills necessary to take advantage of opportunities for a healthy and productive future. Youth Continuum is licensed and funded by the CT Department of Children and Families. Additional support for outreach services comes from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Health & Human Services, and the City of New Haven.
